1. General Provisions
By accessing and using the Royal Valley platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Royal Valley. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. Royal Valley reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email and platform notifications.
2. Membership Agreement
Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Compensation Terms
Commissions are earned through the A/B/C referral structure as described in our Compensation Plan. Commission amounts are calculated on delivered orders only and are subject to the commission rates in effect at the time of order delivery. Snapshots of commission settings are taken at order creation time. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds, processing fees, and verification requirements. Royal Valley reserves the right to withhold commissions pending investigation of suspicious activity or policy violations.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Royal Valley platform are owned by or licensed to Royal Valley. Members may use Royal Valley marketing materials only as explicitly authorized. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
